The second round of “Hakka light trip with a pleasant tour and good food” was a great success!

This time we brought everyone to the Yuemei Community of Shanlin and Meinong Zhongzhen Community in Liudui.

Today (June 30), we had two families joining us, both of whom brought their family members to experience the Hakka culture. There were lots of cheers and joy all the way. One professional teacher guided everyone to tour Meinong Lake, Jinan Hall, Bag-gung, etc. We also tasted the special-flavor meals of the local community and DIY pineapple enzyme with lots of fun! The pineapple enzyme is suitable for gift or for personal use.

At present taro crops was promoted in the Yuemei community. Everyone was allowed to make "taro balls" at the event. Looking at each of the plump taro balls made by these participants, even the editor really wanted to take a bite!

In addition, there is a new dish developed by the community, white water snowflake with tofu. The fine and delicate tofu mixed with green and delicious white water snowflake made a wonderful-flavor dish. Those who want to taste it may take a trip to the Meinong Zhongzhen community to experience it for themselves.
