To promote Hakka culture and integrate regional tourism resources, the Center launched a serial of sightseeing and environmental education programs for the "2016 Pingtung Bluefin Tuna Cultural Festival," focusing on the Liudui Park and the scenic attractions in its surrounding towns.

In this happy trip to Hakka villages, local cultural workers were hired to guide tourists to navigate a few wetlands, including the “Wetlands within the Liudui Park Park,” the “Lunatis Bay - Linbain Wetland Park" and the "Radiance (Guangtsai) Wetland - Green Energy Industry" in Dunggang. It is hoped that visitors have another new leisure option to understand Hakka villages and the wetlands in different environments, while they can also acquire knowledge about Hakka culture, biological diversity, and environmental conservation.

Using the Park as a starting point, two routes were planned, namely [A Happy Trip to Hakka Villages‧Children's Folk Games in Fishing Villages] and [A happy Trip to Hakka Villages‧Fishing-village Experience] and were carried in 4 echelons on June 11th, 12th, 18th and 19th, respectively.

1.【A Happy Trip to Hakka Villages‧Children's Folk Games in Fishing Villages】- Environmental Conservation for Lunatis Bay and Linbain Wetland: Local volunteers guided visitors to learn of Hakka culture, the Liudui Wetland Park, the artificial wetlands in Lunatis Bay and Linbain areas. It was hoped that visitors could see how wetlands exist in different environments and learn of the importance of ecological conservation, while they enjoyed the journey.

2.【A happy trip to Hakka villages‧fishing-village experience】-Introduction to Radiance (Guangtsai) Wetland and its Green Energy Industry: Local volunteers first guided visitors to understand the Hakka culture and the wetlands within the Liudui Park and then guided them to take a boat trip around the Dapeng Bay and Radiance (Guangtsai) wetland.
