Process for Donating Cultural Artifacts

Since launching its collection-related services in 2016, the Taiwan Hakka Culture Development Center (THCDC) has established a comprehensive system covering storage facilities, hardware infrastructure, acquisition policies, and operational procedures. In addition, the Center has received cultural artifacts from generous donors both in Taiwan and abroad, with contributions from over 100 individuals to date. These donations, including books, everyday tools, and multimedia materials, are the most significant source of collected items for the THCDC. As of January 2025, more than 16,400 cultural artifacts have been collected. To help preserve our cultural heritage and further enrich the THCDC’s collection, we warmly welcome the public to contribute artifacts related to Hakka culture. Let us work together to promote and perpetuate Hakka culture!
