Going round and round in the hot summer~~
From the results of the ecological survey in Liudui Hakka Cultural Park, the alien invasive species such as Channa striata, Pterygoplichthys disjunctivus, Tilapia, Three-spot gourami and Red devil cichlid as commonly seen in the Park’s Landscape Ponds,
Have threatened the natural habitant of local fish species, thereby causing biodiversity of ponds to be destroyed.
To enhance understanding to alien fish species,
this ecological talk
has invited Professor Da-Jun, Huang,
from the Department of Environmental Resources Management of Chia Nan University of Pharmacy & Science,
to share with you!! The experience and outcome of Kenting Longluan Lake’s Alien Fish Species Removal!!
A removal experience of alien fish species at the Park’s landscape ponds have also been arranged.
