Black drongo, chirping and chirping.
The grandmother who lives nearby has a birthday celebration.
I don’t know whether I can join the celebration or not?
But I am dressed up for several days.
Do you want to learn about the chirping of Black drongo【Hakka: aˊjiuˊjien】in the nursery rhyme above? Hurry up and register for the ecology lecture!!
After the efforts to restore the ecology environment of Liudui Hakka Cultural Park, there are more diverse species and the types of birds are also on the increase. In addition to the crisp and pleasant chirping of Oriolus chinensis, the endangered species, we also hear the different species of birds chirping on the treetops. The chirping songs one after another are like a beautiful and melodious outdoor symphony. We really enjoy the songs and can’t forget these beautiful melodies!!
This year, the second ecological lecture in the Liudui Hakka Cultural Park invites Professor Xie Bao-Sen of Department of Biomedical Science and Environmental Biology in Kaohsiung Medical University. He has researched the sounds of birds and chirps of cicadas for a long time. He will not only teach us how to recognize the birds from the sounds and distinguish the types of sounds, but also teach us to learn the meanings of the tweets of the birds. There are rare Opportunities. Welcome everyone to register together!
